Organically farmed, the vineyard is planted on a on a clay – limestone terroir on the southern slopes of Aix en Provence
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand. The grapes are destemmed and pressed in order to select the first juices. Alcoholic fermentation takes place at 16-18°C
Tasting notes
Colour: Bright colour with green highlights
Nose: Intense and expressive, soft and delicate aromas of white fruits, William pear and peach
Palate: Nice length in the mouth, a real roundness with a touch of delicate and structuring bitterness
Serving suggestions
Serve chilled between 10°C and 12°C

Its aromatic richness goes particularly well with white meat, spicy dishes such as a curry or an island carry and fish with a strong personality such as red mullet
